The Idema Flow Series Diffuser introduces the gas through a ceramic plate giving a very fine bubble (100-400 micron) for efficient oxygen transfer. The flow series diffuser works at an operating pressure of 2.0-2.5 bar and flows oxygen at 1.2 bar. There is a very even distribution of bubbles across the ceramic plate giving an excellent bubble pattern. oooOooo The Point Four Microbubble Oxygen Diffuser produces a cloud of extremely fine bubbles (100 to 500 microns), much finer than graphite, carborundum or porous hose diffusers. Because the diffuser is flat, bubbles do not coalesce as happens with circular diffusers. The Point Four Diffuser uses an ultra fine pore ceramic plate which produces uniform bubbles across its entire surface. The ceramic is a clean and inert material.
